Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using Consulnex. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. You Must Not

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or to store or transmit unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, data or system.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the platform without our prior written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform, its infrastructure, or other users' access to it.
• Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited communications, or to harass others.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the platform beyond normal use.
• Share your account credentials with anyone outside your business.

2. Your Responsibility for Data

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the customer, lead, project and other data you store in the platform, including complying with data protection law for any personal data you upload about third parties.

3. Enforcement

Breach of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, at our discretion, without refund.

4. Reporting Abuse
